「墓場の本」とは？と思った奇妙なタイトルですが、「ジャングル・ブック」の墓場版なのですね。ということは作者のあとがきで明らかになります。
あとがきはニール・ゲイマンご本人の朗読です。
日本では「墓場の少年 ノーボディ・オーエンズの奇妙な生活」のタイトルで翻訳が出ています。ニール・ゲイマンはだいたい日本語訳が出ていてありがたい。
このオーディオブックというかオーディオドラマはキャストが豪華です。
ナレーターがデレク・ジャコビなので買ったのですが、人のよさそうな歴史家がアンドリュー・スコットです。この二人だけで元が取れる。
The Graveyard Bookにはニール・ゲイマンの朗読版も存在してて老後の楽しみに取ってある。
