朝目が覚めたらオーディブルからメールが来ていて
「これは夢ではない」
と書いてあるので何かと思ったら「サンドマン」オーディオドラマ２の予約開始のお知らせでした。
制作中とは聞いていたが、もう出来たのですね。ネットフリックスのドラマより早くリリースしたかったのでしょうか。
相変わらずキャストが分かりにくいオーディブルのサイトですが、幸い巨大な画像が掲載されています。
オーガスタス（ローマの爺さん）役のブライアン・コックスはグッド・オーメンズで「死」を演じていた人ですね。
魔女テサリー役のエマ・コリンはザ・クラウンのあのすごいダイアナ妃を演じた方。
アメリカのノートン皇帝役のジョン・リスゴーはザ・クラウンでチャーチル役だった人（この人アメリカ人なのか）。
マイケル・シーンのルシファーは継続。
そしてオーディンにビル・ナイ、ロキにデイヴィッド・テナントがクレジットされています。これでテナントはシーンに「僕だってサンドマンに出てる」と言い返せるようになりました、よかったね。
エイダン・ターナーが妖精大使クルラカン役で出演するようです。妹をサンドマンに差出しちゃうようなひどい男なのだが、調子の良いところがエイダンにぴったりそう。
